《男模的秘密》讲述的是一位普通的快递小哥冯树（杜维瀚饰）在工作中偶遇时尚界大牌摄影师范西忱（徐冲饰），并被时尚摄影师范西忱发掘、培养成男模进入时尚圈。懵懂的快递小哥冯树初入时尚圈与强迫症摄影师、坏脾气大牌明星、趋炎附势的经纪人、怪咖客户、时尚杂志主编等圈内形形色色的人物间发生了一系列令人啼笑皆非的故事。冯树在工作中不仅遇到了性格、喜好各异的怪咖人物，窥破了很多时尚圈内的秘闻，热情开朗的他，对时尚及生活的理解也改变了摄影师对时尚固有的看法。两人也上演了一段令人唏嘘的“相互救赎，彼此成长”的戏码，范西忱一步步把冯树调教成心目中的合格男模，而冯树在接受了时尚圈的惊喜、炫目、潜规则、阵痛的洗礼后，会对男模这段职业生涯留下多少记忆，留下多少感悟，这一切都将在《男模的秘密》中一一呈现。
