　　山田詠美の小説を原作とする「A2Z」は、30代女性の恋愛、夫婦関係、仕事をAからZまでのアルファベットをたどる形で描く大人のラブストーリー。老舗大手出版社に勤める文芸編集者・澤野夏美は、8年前に同業他社の森下一浩と結婚したが、旧姓の澤野を通名にしている。夏美と一浩の間に子供はおらず、仕事ではライバル関係にある2人。ある夜、一浩から「1年以上付き合っている女性がいる」と告白された夏美は怒りや嫉妬より寂しさを感じ、若い郵便局員の成生（なるお）と恋に落ちる。
